The first part of the text describes the rebel activities before the beginning of the uprising, including the distribution of spiritual objects (water, ashes) and the dissemination of information about the location of the uprising. The author also speculates about possible ringleaders.
The second part briefly recounts the various opinions of Europeans who lived in the southern region at the time. The author blames "Indians" for the uprising.
