This article deals with the trial of Indians accused of smuggling gunpowder and of treason. It states that the Governor had not yet confirmed the sentences. It corrects the information given in the last edition of the newspaper. Furthermore, the author cites the articles of the penal code relevant to the case and briefly describes the course of the trial.
